Michael Lock
Pastor Mike and his wife, Jenessa, have focused the last six years on ministering within Burmese refugee populations in Des Moines, specifically pastoring the Karenni Christian Fellowship. Michael and Jenessa have five boys and are both optometrists at Lock Family Eye Care in West Des Moines.

Par Meh
Par Meh's passion is Jesus Christ and she loves to study the Word of God. In addition to working full time and being a student at DMACC she continues to faithfully serve the Lord in our local church as our translator. She greatly desires more and more Karenni to come to a knowledge of the truth and embrace Jesus Christ as their greatest treasure!

Justin and Alicia Hummel
Justin and Alicia welcomed twin boys in June of 2017, Daniel Earl and Ethan Michael Hummel. They both treasure Jesus Christ in a beautiful way, and have joy in serving Him with their lives. Justin and Alicia have been faithfully ministering to our Karenni teens/young adults, they have a passion for their growth and joy in the faith.
Children's Church director
Jenessa Lock
Jenessa and her husband Mike have 5 sons: Nahum, Judah, Jeremiah, Zadok and Elijah. In addition to home schooling the boys, Jenessa is also an optometrist at Lock Family Eye Care. She serves the Lord with joy as the Children's Church director, Jenessa has a passion for seeing our Karenni children come to know, love, trust and obey the Lord Jesus Christ!
Worship Leader
Neh Reh
Neh Reh and his wife They Paw have two beautiful daughters Diana and Rebekah. Neh Reh's passion is Jesus Christ and he serves in our church in Des Moines as worship leader. He is a talented guitar player, and desires to bring glory to God with those abilities. Neh Reh's heart is to worship the Lord in Spirit and in truth, and help lead others as we magnify CHRIST in worship!
